We are a multi-disciplinary team that includes occupational therapists speech and language therapists, community learning disability nurses, physiotherapists, sensory practitioners, assistant practitioners and a clinical support team who work across Kent with adults who have a learning disability. We work in four integrated teams across Kent alongside care managers psychiatrists and psychologists.
